Documentation Required

In order to obtain a decision in principle please complete the Online Pre-Qualification Form 

Once pre-approval has been obtained we will arrange for the application form to be sent for completion and signing and returning with the necessary documents:

• Proof of income – Employed and Self Employed
• Copies of Passports
• Proof of any rental investment income
• Proof of deposit
• Three months bank statements
• Existing Liabilities statements (mortgage, loans, rent, credit cards etc)

Lenders may ask for further documentation to be produced before being accepted for a mortgage offer.
